The Mbaloma Project
The village of Mbaloma in Liberia has a decades long relationship with St. Paul's. Our Missionary there, Max Jones and our clergy liaison, the Rev. Michael Sie are currently overseeing the renovation of the old dormitory that serves the school in Mbaloma. With the support of St. Paul's, the dormitory is being converted into classrooms and a library to accommodate the growing population of the school.

Providing space for others to worship is one of the ways that we serve the community.
ACCA - The Annandale Christian Community for Action supports multiple ministries in the area. Members of St. Paul's regularly provide food for the Food Pantry and supply some much needed muscle for furniture deliveries.
Annual Easter Egg Hunt - Each year after our morning worship on Easter Sunday we have an Easter Egg Hunt not only for the children in our congregation but for the preschool children and those in the neighborhood as well.
The R.I.D.E.S. Program provides Metro cards to Safe Haven Shelter housed at First Christian Church in Falls Church so that the clients using the shelter will have transportation when needed to get to a doctor's appointment or a job interview or to take care of a family emergency. The Metro cards are dispersed through the shelter social worker.
Homeless Shelter Ministry - the members of this congregation provide weekly toiletries to the clients at the Baileys Crossroads Community Shelter. During the summer of 2015, St. Paul's joined with St. Patrick's, St. John's and St. Alban's to provide a picnic for the homeless people living in Bailey's Crossroads.
The first Sunday of every month the congregation gathers in Fleming Hall after church to prepare bags of food for the weekend for elementary school children who are getting free or reduced price lunches at school and may not have access to food on the weekend. St. Paul's is partnering with Westlawn Elementary School in Falls Church to provide this weekend food for their students. . Everyone pitches in during our Fellowship Hour including our own children. Please join us!
Ash Wednesday ~ Ashes to Go
Each year on Ash Wednesday, our priest provides Ashes-to-Go for busy commuters who might not otherwise have an opportunity for this special commemoration of the beginning of Lent.
